KEY TIPS FOR TILING

We will discuss some of our key tips for thinking As you begin your tiling project, remember that you've ticked all the boxes and hopefully have fewer errors along the way.

CHECK YOUR MEASUREMENTS THEN CHECK TWICE

We've been there too many times>Location. We measured the space where we should place tiles, marked and made the cut only to find when we went to lay tiles... is the wrong measure

Especially on the first cut, once you've taken the measurement and are working on the tile, click s to review your measurements and make sure there are no mistakes exist. It saves you a wasted tile and some words.

CHECK WHERE THE CUT WILL BE

When you draw up the plan for your tile laying, always make a sure plan where the cuts will be made.

If you don't plan ahead you can get slip cuts on the edges. This can be done by dry laying a row of the tile to see where the
cuts are needed.

If you have in advance plan, you can ensure that your final tile will not need to be cut more than halfway or require a fine cut to finish. If yes, you can change your starting point to allow your tiles to be evenly cut tiles over do not and leave a much cleaner finish.

ALWAYS FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE BAG WHEN MIXING ADHESIVES AND OPTIONS

The best Advice on Mixing Glue s and mortar, it is to read the instructions that the manufacturer puts on the bag.

There are different types of glue and mortar and brands that have different instructions and
steps that must be followed to achieve the perfect consistency and adhesion of your adhesive.

Follow the instructions printed on the bag and continue mixing of Glue and grout continue until fully combined and consistent.

You want to be able to mix onto the wall without falling off too much, while still being workable enough to allow you to manipulate the
tiles a bit after application.

USE A SELF-LEVELER ON THE FLOOR IF YOU HAVE ELECTRIC UNDERFLOOR HEATING

Fitting tiles over underfloor heating can create a number of problems lead. When installing over-underfloor heating, we recommend using a self-leveling compound as this drastically reduces the risk of damaging the cables Laying tiles

Using a self-leveling compound helps
protect your cables and avoid possible damage by smoothing out the adhesive. It is also an advantage if you have to or have to Replace the tiles, has a much lower chance of damaging the system by replacing the Bring tiles since
